Upland Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 

A lovely unfined vegan wine. ​Deep blackish ruby colour, very fruity, distinct flavours of plums, black currants and vanilla, with delicate spicy and nutty overtones.

The sulphite-free Cabernet Sauvignon is unique as it has been made to last and improves with age, unlike other sulphite-free wines which must be drunk within the year of vintage.

Upland Estate Pot-Still Brandy (10 years old)

The character of Upland brandy is unmistakable: Wafts of dried peaches and apricots, citrus and pineapple are topped by generous vanillas – a depth and complexity of flavour that lingers on the palate, with a dry finish reminiscent of a great XO Cognac. 

The grapes are crushed, fermented and then batch-distilled in the handmade pure copper pot-still and matured for many years in small French oak barrels. 

Best when savoured neat after a meal, accompanied perhaps by coffee and dark chocolate.
