Unfined, vegan sparkling wine, sulphite-free.

Sparkling wine from chenin blanc and pinot noir. Lovely fresh tropical fruits with hints of forest floor aromas and background vanillas. Delicate mousse.

Upland Cape Ruby 2016

The ports are delicious sulphite-free desert wines fortified with our organic pure pot-still brandy at mid-fermentation, making them the only truly organic estate ports in South Africa, as both the wine and the fortifying spirit were grown, made and matured on the estate. The fruit flavours are enhanced by the natural sweetness of the grapes, with the oak vanillas from the brandy adding an extra dimension to the wine.

Upland Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 

A lovely unfined vegan wine.

​Deep blackish ruby colour, very fruity, distinct flavours of plums, black currants and vanilla, with delicate spicy and nutty overtones.
The 2015 sulphite free Cabernet Sauvignon is unique, as it has been made to last and improves with age, unlike other sulphite-free wines which must be drunk within the year of vintage.
